Questions we get asked
- What is a download card?
- A printed card with a download code on it. Your fan types the code on the website or scans the QR code, and the download starts.
- What size are the cards?
- 85 × 55 mm, the size of a business card. Ten fit on an A4 sheet, with crop marks.
- Can I print them at home?
- Yes. The A4 PDF is made for a home or copy-shop printer. For a print shop there is a second file: one card per page, CMYK, with bleed, as PDF/X-4.
- Can I use my own artwork?
- Yes. Your image, your headline, your text, and the back of the card as well.
- What if I want a print shop to do it?
- Hand them the print file. It carries the cut line, the bleed and an embedded colour profile, which is what a print shop's data check looks for.
