9. Code Validity

When using credit cards as payment method, the validity time for download cards of the respective code package is limited to 1 year. This is a requirement of the credit card processing provider. We will however make a best effort to keep the codes valid as long as you require. Realistically you shouldn't expect any issues with this core functionality, which is perfectly fine working download cards.

10. Partner Program

As a member, by referring new users which will purchase redeemoid code packages, you may participate in the "Partner Program", which is a loyalty program we offer to our members.

By acquiring referral rewards, you agree and acknowledge that redeemoid will reserve all rights to change, suspend or discontinue the whole or any part of the referral program, including accumulated credits, at any time, without prior notice or warning. You cannot legally demand to get paid. You agree and acknowledge that redeemoid is granting you a limited, revocable license to a digital item, and that referral rewards are not your personal property. Referral Rewards are non-transferable. It is you own responsibility to pay taxes for any income you may gain from this feature.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

Pushing Pixels will not have any ownership rights in any elements of the uploaded media, however, Pushing Pixels needs the following license to perform the Service. Each Company/Person uploading media to the Service grants Pushing Pixels and its authorized sublicensees and distributors, if any, the worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, right and license to: distribute, publicly perform, publicly display and communicate to the public the Company's/Person's media and perform the Service on the Company's/Person's behalf (e.g., reproduce, transcode, copy and store the media on computer servers owned and/or operated by or on behalf of Pushing Pixels or its authorized sublicensees and distributors.

Other than that, Pushing Pixels has no rights on your lyrics, music, video, texts or any other content, uploaded and provided through this Service.
